The importance of strategic, long-term policy and organizational qualitative welfare social is\nvery clear to planners. Organizational development managers like to follow a similar and\nroutine organizational development behavioral pattern. The aim of the study was to study\nabout the impact of organizational qualitative welfare social strategy on creating a sustainable\ncompetitive advantage in the quality system audit. The current study was based on empirical\napproach. This article attempts to explain the organizational qualitative welfare social by\nquality system audit by patterns of thinking. This paper reviews organizational qualitative\nwelfare social and organizational development measurement literature. However, this study\nconcluded that the performance of the organization is highly affected by its organizational\nqualitative welfare social strategy and developed manager�s creativity. In organizations,\nwhere an organizational qualitative welfare social exists, the preparation of the organizational\ndevelopment managers may have been driven by external forces.
